Welcome To Tootsie

Chef Daniel Saldivar and wife Rebecca are the couple behind Tootsie Truck. They began catering in 2009 for prestigious clients in East Tennessee before the mobile truck bug hit in 2014. Since then, the team has grown and serve clients year round.


Our experience catering for 10 years and Daniel’s more than XXXX years of restaurant experience brings creativity and professionalism to your table.


Along with sharing cooking duties, Rebecca is the one that keeps us on the straight and narrow with her experience in bookings, scheduling, and cost analysis to make sure we bring you the experience you are looking for
